null packet calculation on mumudvb

We are trying to transmit one transponder to IP using MumuDVB. However, when we do it null packet size is calculated wrong.
We noticed that this behaviour is also same for dvbsnoop or for dvblast.
Do you have any idea why null packet calculation can we wrong ?
