C Band not working

Have a remote machine which we shipped to a customer and we cant get c-band working, SES-6 405w

But we cannot get anything out of the card

Now we know the disk is good as a cheap $30 receiver works

Anybody able to help

Check LNB LOF info. Maybe LOF=5750 ?
