Connect TBS2603 to Wowza not working

Thanks for your reply. to use your port 43691, did you open this port in your router and direct it to your TBS2603 encoder internal ip?
please l wanted to be sure.

l'm struggling to get it work with iptvpanel and wowza streaming engine, but no
success.
any ideal?
