Hi, I'm trying to connect to my encoder using an external internet connection and I receive this message "please enter a valid login name and a password for realm Web Server Authentication". How could I resolve this?
Using the ethernet connection, with the internal IP, works fine...both stream settings (main+2nd)
Please help me :(

Hi,
Did you use 80 port for web ui? you can change it to other not normal ports, like 8000,9000...

Thanks for your support. Yes, I've already changed the public port to a different number. Now I changed even the local port number to 1717 and it doesn't ask me the authentication but I still can't stream the video. It still works fine thru the local network (internal IP).
I also tried to low the bitrate at 1500Kbps even if I'm able to upload at 30Mbps.
Can you help me to fix it?

Hi,
You need open the port of the stream to the intrnet or open the DMZ service to the encoder.

I've already opened the port for the Encoder IP and set the DMZ for this IP address...
After an hard reset of the encoder now it doesn't ask me for the password but it shows me a black screen, I can't see anything. On the other side from the internal network I can see the feed regularly
