Driver v 1.0.1.3 doesn't work on Windows 10

Hello,
For some reason with each driver update for my TBS6528 I'm facing the issues.
I found out that you guys have the new drivers version released https://www.tbsiptv.com/download/tbs652 ... .0.1.3.zip
I downloaded it and tried to update the driver on my system (Windows 10 x64, config: https://valid.x86.fr/1g4x6q).
The system said that I have a better driver installed (1.0.1.2). Maybe it is because the new 1.0.1.3 drivers are improperly compiled and their release date is earlier than the date of the previous version (1.0.1.2).
I installed 1.0.1.3 in multiple ways - via TBS_6528_dvb_driver_setup.exe, via Windows device manager driver update, via .ini file installation from explorer - in all cases the result was the same - none of my DVB apps can detect DVB-C signal with 1.0.1.3 drivers.
I tried ProgDVB 7.23.07 and DVBDream v2934, provided by TBS https://www.tbsiptv.com/download/common ... _v2934.zip
As soon as I revert back to 1.0.1.2 version of drivers - everything starts to work fine.
So I have two questions:
1. Is there a way to make 1.0.1.3 working on Windows 10?
2. Is it possible to find previous versions of drivers on TBS site just in case someone will have to re-install the system and doesn't have a backup copy of the drivers, and the new version of the drivers simply doesn't work at all?
Thank you.
