saa716x TBS card and TechnoTrend S2-6400?

I think this relates to all saa716x based cards, but I will post this here, as I have got a TBS6284.
TT S2-6400 is a dual tuner S2 card with hardware MPEG decoder and TV output, which also needs saa716x driver. Card is somewhat popular among VDR users.
Has anyone managed to get them working simultainously? I have tried to combine TBS driver (tbs related files and binary objects) with latest saa716x drivers from powarman repostory. Everything compiles fine with minor changes, but all I have got is couple of OOPSes. At most I have got both card getting detected, but none of the tuners on either card works.
So I guess drivers will need some changes beyond my knowledge.
