Good News that TBS5520SE and TBS5927 support libreelec

For RK3328 we success compile the driver for libreelec please use this version of libreelec V9.2.4 kernel 4.4.x
https://libreelec.tv/downloads_new/rockchip/
for the driver please use this :
unpack this package to driver media folder then use
make menuconfig
add the 5520se support
then compile and install .
