TBS-5927 Driver issue

I I hope in an help.
I am having and issue while I try to install the driver for
A TBS-5927 unit on Windows 11 64Bit 2h22.
When I try to install it at the end of the installation I get the error
Code 39 that says it is impossible to load.
The driver could be corrupted damaged or missing
with the above code.
I have downloaded the driver from the site several times but no luck.
Anybody can please help me to solve the problem?
