Thanks for providing the update for TVheadend. I installed it (just copying the new files), restarted and everything is working fine. However, TVheadend does not show any version number (0.0.0). Therefore it seems that it is also reporting "HTSP-Version V0" to the clients. This causes my Kodi-PCs not connect to the MOI anymore since the TVheadend-client in Kodi is expecting at least HSTCP-Version V10 (current Kodi 15.0 Beta 2 is even expecting V12, which is newer than the release in TBS MOI Firmware 2.0.3; that is why I tried your update. But they will revert the requierements back to V10 with the next Kodi 15 Beta 3 as they say in the respective forum).

So could you somehow include the build number of TVheadend and trigger HTSP-Version to identify correctly for the clients?

Can´t be installed without opkg. opkg package from this forum doesn´t work. Look here:

I would like to upgrade the TVheadend Server of my TBS MOI to the lates build but the opkg installer supplied in the aformentioned thread does not seem to work. Installation of opkg only works if you rename the included files from "tar.gz" to only "tar" and adjust the corresponding sh-file. Afterwards the "opkg" , "opkg-cl" and "opkg-key" are included in the "usr/bin"-folder, but trying to use the opkg command only brings "-sh: opkg: not found".

So we either need a working opkg (package manager) or an TVheadend-Update that does not need to be installed via opkg.

New versions of TVHeadend and OSCAM available:

The new TVHeadend 4.x should be compatible with Kodi 15.x and it allows your MOI to function as a SAT>IP server as well.

As always, make a backup of your current configuration and files before replacing the files.

Many thanks for the new build. But do you have any idea how to put this on the TBS MOI? The OPKG-Manager provided in the aformentioned link does not seem to work.

Ok, this one is not an opkg-file anymore. Simply extracting and putting it into the usr-folder seems to work. Thanks again!

Just updated from your last version of this post to this. Works, but all HD channels doesn´t work. Something like "tune not possible" in log. SD Channels work great. Do I have to reconfig tvheadend?

I can indeed confirm this issue, it seems that TVHeadend is using something which isn't supported in the current MOI firmware. Let me try and find the last version without this problem and recompile it.

I'll also contact TBSDTV and see if they can perhaps produce new firmware with the latest changes so we can use newer versions of TVHeadend

I managed to do a quick and dirty patch to get it all working properly again. Binary is available from here: http://shalafi.home.xs4all.nl/moi/20150 ... bs2.tar.gz (based upon the latest GIT)

New build of TVHeadend is available for the MOI DVB-S2: http://shalafi.home.xs4all.nl/moi/20150 ... bs2.tar.gz

This version includes the hack so that you won't encounter issues with DVB-S2 transponders.
