No HD Channels after standby - TBS 6980

Postby TBSBWL » Wed May 11, 2011 9:57 pm

Hello, I've just done a rebuild of my Windows 7 x64 box and I've got some issues which have cropped up.

Windows x64, SP1 + latest updates
TBS 6980 DVB-S dual tuner card. Driver version 2.0.0.18
Hauppauge Nova-T DVB-T dual tuner. Driver 4.3.27240.0
DVB Link 3.2.2
ATI 5770. Driver version 11.4
Core 2 Duo CPU @ 2.4GHz
4GB RAM

After standby, there are no DVB-S channels. I think it's only the HD channels as they are the ones which are DVB-S only. The other channels are replicated on the Happauge card so not sure 100% if SD channels are affected also.

I have to restart the ehRecevier service to get them back. Can you please assist?

Also, you seem to be having trouble with a few spammers on your forum! :)

The MB is an Asus P5Q-Deluxe.

I am using BIOS version 2201, the latest is 2301, but only thing changed is a fan function.

I'm willing to update the BIOS if you want to rule it out.

thanks, Brian

Is there any logging I can turn on and capture for you?
