Picture quality is not related to card itself. Card just receiving Transport Stream from satellite just like it is broadcasted.

For that movement issue check deinterlacing settings.

Nope, for me it's not. EBS Pro had always find FEC 1/2 and 2/3 but in BLScan mode (which is suffering search range/step problem). Need to check it on BLScan2 mode.
