Installed 5.95.1 on Matrix v1 it's ok, detect my Tevii s660 usb but I have to "reset per database" most of the time.

Seems something happen with filesystem and can't be fixed. Hard to say what. This happen after first reboot or shutdown or when exactly?
I'm using ver 1.3, happens not after first reboot , it happens randomly

Yes live tv is enabled in setting and VDR VNSI Client is enabled as PVR client.

You should enable one of Live TV addons, after that TV will be available.
Already done this but no "Live tv" in the main menu

Installed Openelec 5.0.4 on Matrix 1.3 successfully , but enabling Live TV from system menu there is no "live tv" option in the main menu.
