I have 2 dvb cards, one TBS8920 and one TBS6981. The 8920 is rock solid. Whatever I tune to, it works wonderful. The 6981 can also tune anything, BUT, I keep getting huge amount if blocks/"crap" on the screen. Ever know and then I have perfect sound and picture and then it starts messing u...
