It's a strange message whe tvheadend say "A newer kernel is required to run this binary. (__kernel_cmpxchg64 helper)"
Maybe it's a generally problem with the new MOI-pro firmware.

Can you try send stream from your TBS2603 with h.265 and h.264 codec?

But MOI-Pro AMD have a preinstalled version of tvheadend. Why do you don't use it?

Did you select correct script to your pc and did you remove all from kernel media before install new version?
This is a common problem if you didn't.
