I just wanted to use the remote control supplied with the card to control the card / TBS Viewer software.
Due to this and the other problems I have returned the card for a refund.
If it had fully worked and / or there was a way of obtaining sensible support for any problems I would have kept it!

I have just installed a TBS6280 dual tuner pcie card. The remote control doesn't really work. I know that the remote is transmitting because the mute and numeric keys work.
