Ok I can give a small update now. The TBS card seems to have "come back to life" on its own after not detecting anything other than S1 for the last couple of hours. 1st scan (only finds S1 transponders) denoted with a "1" after the FEC [DVB] 0=18 1=10960,H,4875,56,1 ;-41 dBm, 11....

Yes, I received replacement card today and DVB-S2 channels are working fine.

I think I have had the same problem with my card (see my thread). It just happens on DVBS2 channels. I am in the process of having the card replaced.

I have resolved this issue direct with Support via email. It seems I have a defective tuner and have arranged for a replacement.
