File not found: /lib/modules/5.14.0-362.8.1.el9_3.x86_64/build/.config at ./scripts/make_kconfig.pl line 33, <IN> line 4.
this error means kernel header files is lost , first to install kernel header files .
you can add skype jack_2431 if also has issue .

use dvblast to scan,
dvblast -f 11171000 -s 432000000 -v 13 -a 0 -n 1
-a 0 means adapter0
-n 1 means frontend1
you can add skype jack_2431 .
