Re: TBS 6921 release date

"transponder range" actually depends on the LNB type and it's LOF frequencies - so, technically the range is always some sub-range of 950 MHz to 2150 MHz. According to the specs the range is: "1.Receiving Frequency: 925~2175 MHz Tuning Range " There are other parameters than SR-...

Re: Do not use signal splitter for Dual Tuner card

Stacker/destacker are well known, though they don't represent the stat of the art (e.g. unicable) anymore. http://www.satcure.co.uk/accs/stacker.htm @bwegner, you could give it a try. It should be transparent to the card though I don't have any experience with said arrangements.. /edit ... I don't t...

Re: TBS 6921 release date

@BluetoothBG, The confusion was in fact caused by your setup. You've tried to scan high band transponders (22KHz on). The 850MHz correction frequency (see my table) is just the difference between the LOFs (10600-9750) ;) Dunno whether it's a bug of the tool or the driver but high band blind scan fai...

Re: TBS 6921 release date

@BluetoothBG, Maybe @Cody uses the workload as an excuse cos he can't figure out himself what has been programmed in some chinese backyard ;) I've tried with the help of @ Geezerjem's example to find a match for your blind scan results: 12128-850=11278(V) 12221-850=11371(V) -> 11403V,24500 missing!!...

Re: TBS 6921 release date

This is a scan on 0.8W and it shows different frequencies each time. Below are the results of two consecutive scans within 5 minutes with no modification of the input parameters. ..doesn't make much sense to me. I've compared it to my 1W_transponder_list but couldn't find a match. In particular the...

Re: TBS 6921 release date

..i will just make screenshots of the tool and post them here ..

..still waiting ;) In the meantime I have an idea to enhance the usability of the blindscan function. Could you add a simple spectrum analyzer (e.g. the envelope as a function of the AGC would do) to your tool?

Regards,
Steve
