I have not found the 1.40a BIOS on Asrock website.
You can confirm to me that this resolves the problem with TBS6280
Is it possible for you to post a link to this new bios for us to download it.

Hi all I have just plugged the TBS6280 card on MB ASROCK H61M-ITX PCI-E slot but system seems not to detect the card. Installed TBS software and it says no TBS hardware found.
