Just extract the files on your PC using 7-zip and use WinSCP to transfer them in the folders.

No, that won't work. You need to use a proper USB to RS232 unit with a 9-pins COM connection and use a RSR232 null-modem cable. There's a 9-pin RSR232 port on the back of the device. Use a terminal client like Hyper Terminal or Putty (it allows you to directly connect through one of the COM devices)...

New build of TVHeadend is available for the MOI DVB-S2: http://shalafi.home.xs4all.nl/moi/20150 ... bs2.tar.gz

This version includes the hack so that you won't encounter issues with DVB-S2 transponders.

You could use the config as a beginning for your buildroot setup.

But you need to change the Target Options considering the MOI is using a Cortex-A8 vs the MOI Pro with a Cortex-A9.
