You need only sat tuner working with matrix and right oscam, it work on arm without problem.

you can try with cat /etc/*-release or cat /etc/issue from ssh

scan 4 sats - 120´, thor impossible is not 1°W but 0,8°W

Hmm, with mac you have right and i did it earlier , but other my equipment is without problem, only matxix changed ip and dhcp on/off it is

matrix 1.0.0.2
Ethernet setup
if i select in network settings possibility without DHCP with next restart i have with DHCP and other IP adress, next restart other IP....., and so arround

scan 4 sats - 90 min

scanning on thor 0.8°W impossible, i think problem with 0.8°W and 1°W, no correct position in MatrixTV

My findings:
buttons power on/off
volume +/-
no work from first version MatrixTV
shutdown or standby from XBMC menu impossible , only reboot
