Hi Fedork, When you power on your Matrix you will get a MatrixTV splash screen. When you see this, press the spacebar (or perhaps any key works, I can't remember). You will then see setup options, configure your wifi there. Hope that helps...

Hi Alan, From my understanding it is not as simple as just installing the latest XBMC. The Matrix requires a special build due to it's graphics card (i.MX6). You can apparently compile yourself from http://github.com/xbmc-imx6. However I have no idea what this involves. I read elsewhere on this site...
After just over a week of happily using my new Matrix, I came down this morning to find it not working. Nothing comes up on the TV after a reboot and it is not pingable from my laptop. I thought I would try reloading the OS (MatrixTV latest version) however it sits on the Jumping to OS image message...
Update, left XMBC running, went to the supermarket and when I got back both disks were idling. So either hpdarm worked despite the error message or the drives go into idle after some period anyway.... Bottom line is that they're not going to be spinning all night so I'm a happy chappy.
