copy /etc/lirc/lircd.conf.rpi file to /storage/.config/lircd.conf

@mikebzh44 You're right, i wasn't try to edit the correct files (tried to edit in /etc directory). So I tried in /storage/.config and /storage/.xbmc and then can create/modify these files, but that haven't resolved the problem.
