It just happened that the matrix switched off by shutdown timer. I switched it on again with the power switch (at the front) and recognized, that the physical refresh rat is 60Hz. In system settings, the Matrix indicates 50Hz (wrong!). Now I must switch to 60Hz and back to 50Hz to get 50Hz physicall...
