i also had some problems with TBS5922 ir-receiver.(mine is a usb unit) the TBS Europe Support Engineer sent me the instruction to disable ir receiver.

The funny thing is , Sometime on Powerful Transponders , I have a very good Signal / Quality Levels , Lock Indicator is ON, but there is no Video/Audio . Usually i have to Power off/On the Box to get it to work on those transponders!

Shame that it won't work via media centre as I wanted to use it via my xbox... I've got a lot more channels now but still no itv / bbc / C4.... mind you are they encripted with videoguard?
