This bug in Cypress FX2 firmware (uploaded by driver on init).

you can run DVBDream, ProgDVB and etc ?

Device busy with another program or you use some Win Server 2008R2+ without BDA subsystem. Maybe some problem with driver and many cards in system (enable only one 6908 card and try again)

Need install some hevc decoder and select in codes settings For example latest LAVFilter.

Level (%) = RFLevel(dBm) + 100
Quality (%) = SNR(dB) * 5 - for sat mode, SNR(dB) * 2 - for ter/cable mode
