64bit driver does not like removal and reinsertion of tuner

Hi,

does any find that the Windows 7 64bit driver errors when the tuner is removed from the USB port and then reinserted. I tried leaving it out for a few minutes and then putting back in and it still errors. Only thing that clears the error and gets the tuner working again is a full reboot...
