yes, issue can be system but are you sure your application is working in Xeon processors too? I am 99.99% sure its inverted spectral issue with this hardware because I checked for Galaxy 23 (C Band) satellite and I didn't get any problem with normal signal.

I have this problem in Dish 119 and Bell 82 satellites, and both satellites have "inverted" spectral and same LOF 11250 MHz.
So I think problem is inverted signal or LOF 11250 MHz (DSS band/DirecTV).

Because I manually rounded SR to 20000 Ks but it didn't help.

You mean TBS6905 does not supports this type of transponder, right?
