How do I change the channel numbers and how do i get the remote to work?

I have the problem with HD is most of the channels break up as if the signal is weak. I am trying to get the freesat channels ie BBC on Astra 28.2 The feed to the card is off the same dish as to my Technomate box. Cabling to the card is less than 5m whereas to the Technomate box it is probably over ...

Hi

Finally got it to recognise the hardware and do a scan by deleting everything and starting again.
Pictures on SD are fine but HD is very blurred, coloured and wavy.

Everything went fine installing software or so I thought. When I try to do a scan it states No Hardware found!

In device manager I have showing TBS 6922 DVBS/S2 BDA Tuner

Only one line of entry in the manager. Have I missed something
