I dont know your NAS device, but I cant see it doing any transcoding. It probably just streams the raw data, so the quality would be identical

Looks like it doesn't like the pre compiled binaries. More of an issue with the deb pkg creator software then with TBS. You can make the tbs drivers manually correct? Try making them then using the deb pkg maker command

So I assume your not using hdmi video then eh? Or does that kernel branch have the framebuffer ported over ? Im trying to look at the src but its in an odd git format.

can you post the error you get when you run the 64bit script ? as well can you post the output of uname -a ?

Make sure the dish mount is level else that elevation markings on the dish mean nothing

Is it for sure a universal lnb? Do you have any switch's in your setup ? Are you able to test your setup with another receiver?

Linux out of box is terrible for aiming a dish.

They aren't required either. They just enable tftp
