There are two connectors. One must obviously be from the lnb(s). What is the other for?

I want a receiver that can do both C/Ku band, mpeg2, mpeg4, SD, HD, DVB-S, DVB-S2, 4:2:0, 4:2:2, 1080P thru my HDTV basically everything that's out there. The specs don't mention C/KU. In fact I saw posts on the internet that say it doesn't do both C and Ku. And the specs don't mention 4:2:0 and 4:2...
