Re: Is this pixellation due to signal issue or otherwise?

Do a duplicate recording of the same channel using both A and B, then compare the recordings. I do get pixellation in my recordings sometimes with either tuner A or B but I am not alarmed. I believe it is just some glitches in the signal rather than tuner's problem since it does not happen often. O...

Re: Is this pixellation due to signal issue or otherwise?

Hi Kiwi Would you mind having a test like this: Use Tuner A and Tuner B at the same time but not the same frequency . Then change the frequency have a test again. Just tell us the test result. Kind Regards steven Sorry, I'm not sure how that might help since using Tuner B alone (while Tuner A is un...

Re: Is this pixellation due to signal issue or otherwise?

Hi Kiwi Do you have fixed your problem ? Kind Regards steven Hi! Thanks for asking. As I mentioned in a previous post, it seems that I get such glitches when Tuner B is doing the recording and not Tuner A (I mean the logical devices Tuner A and B on this single tuner card). I think it's pretty much...

As an interim, can u guys release another signed version of the drivers with the title of the device renamed to "TBS 6280 Dual DVB-T2/T/C BDA Tuners" since this is combined driver supporting also DVB-C?

Yeah... the proper way should be to create a logical device for each DVB-T/T2 and DVB-C... thus a total of 2 logical devices.

Re: 1.0.0.9 DVB-T/T2/C combined drivers not working for DVB-

Ok, managed to get it working too. Previously, Windows screwed up drivers installation. After uninstalling old drivers, I don't know why everytime I install 1009 or 1010, it will install back 1008 drivers instead of installng the new drivers. Never notice this earlier cos never go check device mana...

Re: 1.0.0.9 DVB-T/T2/C combined drivers not working for DVB-

Ok I managed to get it working. Nothing much that I did, just the installation of the 1.0.0.10 driver and reconfiguring the new device that came up. The device was named DVB-T/T2, but in NextPVR, it was able to lock on to DVB-C signal and thus I'm able to tune and record those signals. Thanks. Hope ...

Re: 1.0.0.9 DVB-T/T2/C combined drivers not working for DVB-

Hi grapefruit you can take it as DVB-C device, and connect DVB-C signal and then scan the DVB-C transponder do not need to input the DVB-C symbol rate. you can check that you can lock the DVB-C transponder. Kind Regards steven I'm not quite sure that will work, and even if so, it may not work in oth...

Besides TBS viewer and DVB Dream, what other TV softwares have you tried with the combined drivers?

I use NextPVR for my tuning and recording, though I must admit I have not tried the combined drivers yet.
