i used on all 3 usb ports 2 suntek's tuners (cable + sat) and 1 TBS tuner ... all 3 were working fine , a bit of heat but were working fine.

not all the same time but one OS at a time yes. You will need Matrix V2 for easier usage and some extra storage for multiple OS.

Salam Aleikum Cccam won't work directly on Matrix because there is no cccam for ARM platform.
