oscam server run with newcamd protocol ,if the app in dreambox support newcamd it can connect oscam.
/etc/oscam/oscam.conf file is the info how to conncet oscam.

it can use dvblast+tsdcrypt+oscam , you can try. https://github.com/gfto/tsdecrypt
if dvblast and oscam run in the same device , you can use mumudbvb. mumudvb connect oscam with dvbapi protocol.
