Because it has added lines that enable hardware functions, to make a blindscan.

Try a partition to install Debian 8. Worked for me.

Hi For using UdateDVB is necessary to use kernel provided by Chris Lee. With another kernel will not work unless you apply the changes that made Chris Lee. Your motherboard has PCI Express 3.0, it is very likely to be a compatibility problem.
Try using your card on an old PC.

Hundreds of cards do not have support like yours. Steven announced that this month, TBS will publish an open source driver. Perhaps with this is resolved.
