Astra for windows not support dvb device input. You can use astra-sm windvb which support tbs devices including diseqc 1.0, mis+pls for s2, mulpiPLP for T2. But only scriptable control, like open-source astra 4.4. 64-bit build astra-sm windvb P.S. my fork astra-sm + 32-bit build astra-sm windvb

Also you can just clone media_build and run:

But this clone entire kernel sources + linux_media subtree. So this more suitable for developers.

strange, because default DVB_MAX_ADAPTERS = 48 in tbsdtv/media_build

work on arm cpu ?

You have very old kernel and ARM V5 CPU.
You need at least 3.10 lts kernel and ARM v7.

old linux-tbs-drivers support only x86/x86_64 arch.

ask HP for BIOS update
