hi, it seems it's Microsoft bug and you can workaround it with just automatically restart their process, there are some solutions how to do it in the same forum thread you mentioneds: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2

i noticed that you use:

cx24116_load_firmware: FW version 1.26.90.0

as a starting point i will try with downgrading CX24116 FW to version 1.23.86.1

very strange, because W7MC works with Qbox on our test installations and we've never experience such problem. please, when the box is connected to your computer and the driver is loaded go to "Control Panel -> (System and Maintenance) -> System -> Device Manager -> Sound, video and game control...

hi cocoh, can you, please, specify your question(s)? your first post is just list with some explanations of generic DVB-S2 features - most of which like ACM/VCM, 16APSK/32APSK are advanced features and no one use them for (HD)TV transmissions in practice - they are intended only for professional use...

hi troll, as far as i understand you can install successfully the latest driver version 2.0.2.0 only after you install first the old driver version 2.0.1.1, correct? if so, i need to check that, because currently i have no idea why. Q-box driver supports Windows 7 Media Center, but at least i haven'...

troll, thank you and you're correct, because now i noticed that user "psk" posted his driver is called "q2box.sys" and that device is not made by TBS.
