I do not know the answer. However to troubleshoot, two things I would try independently: 1) Change "hiband" to normal kuband in the adapter settings. 2) Figure out why you are getting "DVB-S IF freq is 1529000" when you typed in "29700000".

Which DVBT USB device do you have? Often there is a "Readme" file for devices that have an extra procedure to install the driver. Cleaning out the old media directory usually does not prevent two or three different devices being installed (at the same time) with the latest driver package.

Install Cat 6 in your house. All my RG6 coax has been replaced by Cat 6 for the same system you have described.

The reason I suggest manual entry is because the vertical TPs I see in your log are scrambled or are out of date when I reference them to Lyngsat. Check your cabling to that on the guide. I have found that vertical polarity does better on input ports 0 and 1 while horizontal does better on ports 2 and 3

Without any real knowledge of your switches or software you are using, I once made the error of using "uncommitted" diseqc commands when I should have used "committed" diseqc commands.

Bigger dishes. S2 signals, more so than S1 signals, can be sensitive to rain or snow fade. A bigger dish will compensate. If you do not loose the signal, you will have solved the problem.
