If you're working with DVB Dream for the first time,it's a good thing before you set up the satellite and the band(Ku,C,Ka) you want to scan:Options->Diseqc->Add Satellite(Properties->LNB Type).
I hope that's the only problem and not the card

tbs6903X works with EBS if you use StreamReader.dll vers. 1.2.4.79 or 1.2.4.82.
