I'm not sure why you can't, but I'm using three pci-e cards in same pc. A tbs6935 (tuner 3), a tbs6920 (tuner 2) and a tbs6982 (tun ers 0 and 1).
What lspci say about your cards?

Hi.
The package have one CD with drivers, but always it's recommended download latest drivers, so, for that you need internet connection.

Hi Anyeos. You can check your lnb. Tune to any transponder, then put your hand in from of your lnb and verify if signal change, if increase signal, lnb is ok. Check voltage from your card too. Tune to a vertical transponder and check if voltage is at 13V. Same with a horizontal transponder(18v). Reg...

Hi DARKHalf.
Did you delete all media drivers from your kernel modules before install tbs-drivers?
If not, try deleting all from your /lib/modules/{your-kernel-version}/kernel/dirvers/media
and reinstall tbs drivers.
