Hi EnoSat Sorry for the delay reply,About the signal quality ,we have not added the calculate of the level, if locked the value is 90, if have not locked the value is 0,So this is why the value is always 90, this is because DVB-T's signal is not like DVB-S. DVB-T2 in my country planned on 2013~2014 , DVB-T work ok but level and quality show 90% , momentary use WinXP.
