Tested on similar setup, just disable ROCKCHIP_ISP1 in build config (make menuconfig).
P.S. current media_build support 4.4+ kernels.

your CPU have on-chip GPU, so must support hardware video decoding (H.264 up to 1080p)

For 2-3Gb RAM better use 32-bit *buntu OS.

This old story with 6925/5925. But anyway your 5925 have long-life 5927 good replace

maybe need update SreamReaderEx-BDA in SmartDVB folder ?

Select CrazyScan Blindscan device Tools->Device and set Tuning method in Tool->Device settings

if you say about drivers you must use BDA device module in SmartDVB. All described issues related to my StreamReaderEx-BDA and BLScan() implementation (released SmartDVB -0.5.1.38 use it for transponder locking, must use SetChannel* function, fixed in beta 0.5.2.xx).
