I guess that, by analogy with TBS6680, red LED indicates the inserted CAM only.
The three plug cable to serve as additional power for some other cards (packer probably don't know)

read the whole thread "TBS6680 does not work", still no solution !!!. This card can still be used only as one tuner. I still believe that the hardware is a good product, but the Windows driver and dynamic library for CI interface is still not resolved!

OK, clearly. But some tuners do not support CI+ interface (or CAM+ respectively), for example all Technisat tuners ...

TBS6680 has many many other problems, but supports both CI and CI+ interface. At least in my case supports Conax CAM CI+ and CI also ...
