Have you seen lock (green LED) although once?
Have you run TBS5520se_ChangeMode_Tool.exe - may be you try to lock SAT but TBS 5520SE isn't in DVB-S mode

The diseqc is still stuck on one entry. Any other suggestion will be appreciated. I and as minimum one man has same problem with DISEqC 2.0 switch and nothing helps too.
