hi peeps I have a problem when recording on windows media centre 64Bit I get Audio description voice over on some recorded shows mainly BBC-HD I have searched the media centre and cant find any way too switch this stream off also when I edit the file its no showing so I am assuming the card is picki...

its been two years almost I have installed the 6982 an updated 6981 I am let too believe the problems I have are the same as you guys did anyone manage too sort the epg out fully I have been thru three scans now have sorted most out is their an epg for freesat we can lock onto somehow ??

these forums are the same as your technical support USELESS
ive cancelled the card i ordered rather than run the risk of not being able too get support when u need it
looks like back to avermedia at least they answer emails

hi will the above cards co exist in the same machine or will their be some problems when I try too install the new TBS6982

I have been emailing your tec dept all week no answer as of yet new card due to arrive any day now

have a weird problem
on bbc1/2/3/4 in win7 i get a black screen no sound all other chns are ok including bbc hd chn
any thoughts anyone use outdoor ariel fully tuned in on freeview

i deleted chan listt in win7 + disabled media centre then reinabled and run clean setup MCE again all now seems too be working so was poss corrupt or maybe
just bogged down

thanks for the info i know this week have had to retune twice only seems to be BBC thats causing the problem

hi i have been useing this card from last christmas but now i am geting alot of record corruption when i transcode win7 wtv files to dvrms it takes a long time and then once i import into video redo quite a few times i get the message to run quick stream fix i never used too get these problems just ...

i get the same problem somedays worse than others i checked my signal it was good at the time of the recording
