at the moment our Linux driver do not support any kernel newer than 2.6.39 - not even 2.6.39.4 for example. so, you need to use kernel 2.6.39 or older until there is update for newer kernel. in fact we're planning to make entirely new drivers for Linux kernel 3.0, but they will be released probably ...
