Hi, at this point nothing can be said for certain what is the root cause of the problem. have you tried and confirmed you can receive those transponders with other DVB-S/S2 hardware like set-top-box? it could be there is problem with your signal and it's very weak.

device with ID "dc01" is not supported in Linux - it's an old hardware for which you did not provide Linux support. so, there is nothing much that can be done - you need device with ID "dc02" in order to use it in Linux.
