no signal channels not found in TBS8920 in kernel 2.6.35-rc

Its necesary other driver for this kernel 2.6.35?. The file linux-tbs-all no compile.. Someone idea? thanks

hi, did you install firmware file in your Linux system? it should work with official V4L code like i explained for TBS 6920 here:

are there any errors reported after you get to lock/scan transponder? please, check this with:

Yes, i copy firmware dvb-fe-cx24116.fw to /lib/firmware..

In kaffeine show me "Tunning failed"... I test card in windows with the same transporter and work!!!... its stranger with Linux...

hi, thank you for providing additional information. it seems i will need to test with kernel 2.6.35-rc, because your logs doesn't indicate any error(s) and your test in Windows shows that your TBS 8920 is working and your dish, cables, etc are setup correctly. please, give me several days time to check TBS 8920 with kernel 2.6.35-rc.
