Unfortunately, the suggested fix doesn't work for me and the symptoms point to the receiver beng the problem.
I have a QBox S2 USB, and watch 19.2 and 28.5 through a DiSEqC.

All channels have good reception except BBC HD which I cannot receive at all.

I have tried on four separate PCs with the same result, no BBCHD everything else fine:

- Media Center on Windows 7
- Blaze HDTV on Windows 7
- Blaze HDTV on Windows XP
- MythTV on Ubuntu

Excellent:

1. Media Center on Windows 7 64 bit
2. Did a scan for new channels with exiting setup and confirmed it still wasn't working
3. Installed driver from your link
4. Reboot
5. Single transponder scan for 10847,V,23000 gave a lock on the box then found three new channels
6. BBC HD, ITV HD and several others, such as ArteHD that worked before, had sound but no picture
7. Full satellite scan on 28.5 and 19.2 found lots of new channels to play with
8. Reboot. HD channels started working .. maybe just slow to synch in 6.
9. BBC HD is glitchy, but other HD channels seem fine.
