driver loading trouble

i have install ubuntu 9.10 and the driver from Hompage ,bud the box not startet.
Her the log.

I hope anybody can help me.

Firmware

The firmware in Q-BoxDVBS.sys file may reside at: offset 0x3918, length 8192.
